Information platform on localization: LocalLink Hub

As part of the development of Terre des hommes' (Tdh) partnership and localization approach, LocalLink Hub was launched - an informative open-access platform on localization.

LocalLink Hub offers a wide range of free training and knowledge opportunities for local, national and international actors:

  • E-learning materials on various topics of localization such as fundraising, financial management or governance.
  • The platform brings together local and national actors from different countries in a forum, facilitating the sharing of experience and information.
  • The platform provides an opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to get to know the topic of localization.

The official launch of the LocalLink Hub will take place on 25.04.2024 as part of the webinar Localisation & Power Shift: Building sustainable solutions with LocalLink Hub. This is a chance to get an insight into Tdh's localization approach and to learn more about the platform. The launch will be followed by a panel discussion where guests will share their experiences with localization. Somaha Foundation - which supports the LocalLink Hub and Tdh's localization approach - will also participate in the panel discussion.

Localization is a key approach of Tdh's 2021-2024 strategy. As an integral part of this strategy, LocalLink Hub was created to empower local communities and enhance collaboration with local and national actors worldwide.
