Happy holidays!
Somaha Foundation looks back on an eventful year. In 2025, four years after its foundation, Somaha Foundation extended a multi-year partnership for the first time and narrowed its focus on individual project funding in the theme of nature protection. In addition, the Somaha focus topic – localization – was intensively addressed.
One highlight was once again the SOMAHA ROUND, where funding partners, suppliers, and experts exchanged ideas and networked on the topic of impact. The discussion focused particular on the creation of context-independent knowledge – insights and experiences that can be applied beyond individual projects to other areas as well.
Somaha Foundation would like to express its sincere thanks to all its funding partners for their commitment and valuable cooperation: Swiss Red Cross, Terre des hommes, AsyLex, Social Income, Helvetas, PeaceNexus, Code to inspire, Aqua Viva, Brainforest, Forum Biodiversity, Pro Lutra, IG Wilde Biene, Verein Biodiversität Jetzt!, Wilde Weiden Schweiz, J'aime ma Planète, proQuercus, Autonomous River Cleanup, Pro Natura Baselland, Pro Terra Engadin, PUSCH, StadtNatur, FAUNUS, Verein Lebendiger Boden-See, WWF Switzerland, Wild & Schön.
Somaha Foundation wishes you a peaceful holiday and looks forward to making the newly developed localization assessment available to the general public in 2026.
